Our story

Why we're building the pro side.

The honest version — for the coaches and clubs we're building it with.

The stitched-together business

If you coach for a living, you already know this: your business lives in too many places. Programming in a spreadsheet. Bookings in a separate tool. Client check-ins over a messaging app. Payments in a separate billing tool that's never seen a single workout. Notes about who's struggling kept in your head.

Every week, you're the one stitching it together. You're the integration layer between tools that were never built to talk to each other — re-typing the same plan for five clients, copying attendance from one app to another, chasing a failed renewal you only noticed by accident.

Clubs on clipboards

It's the same story scaled up at clubs and studios. A whiteboard for the schedule. A clipboard at the door for attendance. A spreadsheet for members, a chat group for announcements, and a payment provider that has no idea who actually showed up this month.

Coaches and clubs aren't two different problems. They're the same problem at different sizes. A solo coach is the minimal end of a spectrum; a full club is the same machinery, scaled up — and today both ends are paying for it in glue work.

The insight that won't leave us alone

The gap isn't another app. It's one system that scales with you.

Everything a coach does, a club does too — build and assign workouts, track each client's real progress, keep their method consistent. A club just adds class booking, check-in attendance, a member CRM, and recurring billing on top. The capabilities are shared; only the team size changes.

That kind of system can't exist as yet another point tool bolted onto the pile. It has to be built so a solo coach and a 500-member club run on the same machinery — programming at the core, booking and CRM and billing layered on as you grow.

What we're building toward

We're building the pro side of Peak Health on the same engine that already powers training for athletes: build Workouts and Plans once, assign them across your clients, and watch real, logged progress flow back — instead of asking how the week went.

From there it grows the way coaching businesses grow. Class booking and QR check-in attendance for clubs. A member CRM so you know at a glance who's active, who's lapsing, and who needs a follow-up. Billing on the same secure payment rail whether you're a solo coach charging one client or a club running recurring memberships. And the same AI assistance that augments our own coaches, offered as a paid add-on so you can program for and manage more clients without dropping quality. Most of this is still being built — we'll be honest about what's live and what's coming.

The constraint we've set is that your data and your clients stay yours. Export, no lock-in, no shallow moats that make leaving harder than joining. We want to earn the business, not trap it.

Built with the first clubs, not just for them

Active Runners is the first club running on Peak Health — an honest pilot, comped while we build, not a logo we slapped on a page. We'd rather get a handful of coaches and clubs to genuinely love this than chase a number on a dashboard.

If you run a coaching business or a club and any of this resonates, we'd rather build the pro side of Peak Health with you than for you. Early access is opening — come help shape what comes next.
